Korea & US Friendship Concert

The Washington College Concert Series and Department of Music presents an unforgettable evening celebrating the rich heritage of Korean traditional music. Korean musicians, members of Sinakhoi (신악회), the Society for New Korean Music, will perform on traditional instruments like the gayageum and geomungo, showcasing the cultural bond between Korea and the United States. Enjoy captivating performances of pansori, haegeum solos, and folk song medleys, as well as newly composed music that merge Korean and Western instruments, and will be premiered in Hotchkiss Recital Hall. 

TICKETS: 

• Individual tickets are $20 (adults)
• $15 (non-WC College Students / Seniors 65 and over / WC Faculty and Staff).
• WAC students and Youth 18 and under are free

** Tickets can also be purchased at the door with cash, check or credit card.
